His expertise goes towards digital strategies, new business models, innovative marketing and his start-up mentality also helps in the rapid implementation of projects.
Roland L. Sullivan is one of the original 100 Change Agents in the world. He has led transformation and change journeys in over a thousand organizations in every major industry in 44 countries. Their size ranges from a one-person corporation of a twice-winning Emmy awarded artist to a 750,000- employee corporation. In these transformation efforts, he applied Whole System Transformation, a modality that he coined and perfected over 50 years of practice. He has taught OD globally in 22 universities including the most recognized organization development and change program in the world – Pepperdine University in Los Angeles California.
Roman Hagmann has been active in various roles as intrapreneur, consultant, strategic project manager, process manager and innovation coach in the national and international environment for over 25 years. His stations have taken him through various industries such as FSI, IT, telecommunications, travel, eCommerce and insurance in start-ups, SMEs and corporates.
As an expert in agile, lean and innovation management, organizational development and design thinking, he has been a co-founder of various community of practices in recent years.
His passion: empowering people to create sustainable benefits for employees and customers.
In addition to his teaching activities, he is active in various national networks for transformation and digitization.
Hans-Dieter Blatecki, business economist and supply chain manager (FH) has many years of international experience in advising start-ups, SMEs and DAX-listed companies. He lived in Germany, USA, Hong Kong and since 2009 in Switzerland, is the owner of the management consultancy pexc procure excellence consulting, in Richterswil. Since then he has been a successful consultant, coach, key note speaker and author of specialist books.
Priska Burkard has been working in international project management for over 15 years. Her industry knowledge lies mainly in the international financial market.
A year ago she founded the platform Skills Finder to change the recruiting market for consultants and freelancers in the project management sector.
Her focus is on process optimization and the application of digital technologies to make processes more efficient and effective.
